01The Challenge

A collectible shop with rare trading cards, comics, and memorabilia — but in-person only, no online store, inventory tracked on paper, and no CRM for their collector base. High-value items sat unsold because collectors didn't know they existed.

02The Solution

Built an e-commerce platform with AI-powered rarity pricing, collector CRM, automated appraisal request system, and marketplace integration that turned the shop into a premium online destination.

03The Outcome

$250K in online sales in Year 1, collector base grew 3x, and 40% of revenue shifted online. The shop went from local foot traffic to a national destination for collectors.

04What we built

We built an e-commerce platform with AI-powered rarity pricing that analyzed market data, condition, and demand to suggest optimal pricing for each item. A collector CRM tracked each collector's interests, purchase history, and wishlist — triggering automated notifications when matching items arrived. An automated appraisal request system let customers submit photos and descriptions for remote evaluation. Marketplace integration synced inventory with eBay, TCGPlayer, and other platforms.
