01The Challenge

A pest control company where 90% of revenue was one-time treatments. No recurring service program, no follow-up system, and customer data was unmanaged. Revenue required constant new customer acquisition.

02The Solution

Built a subscription platform with AI-powered treatment scheduling, automated follow-up, a customer portal, and a referral system that turned one-time jobs into recurring contracts.

03The Outcome

Recurring subscription revenue reached 55% of total, customer LTV tripled, and the company grew 2.5x — all while reducing new customer acquisition costs.

04What we built

We built a subscription platform with AI-powered treatment scheduling that predicted when each property needed re-treatment based on pest type, season, property characteristics, and treatment history. Automated follow-up checked treatment effectiveness and triggered re-treatment if needed. A customer portal offered subscription management, service history, and scheduling. A referral system incentivized existing customers to refer neighbors, and a dashboard tracked subscription health and churn.
