01The Challenge

A vertical SaaS for construction firms. Revenue was growing but churn ate 6% monthly. No system to identify at-risk accounts, no automated outreach, no health scoring. Customer success was reactive — they only learned about churn when it happened.

02The Solution

Built a customer success platform with AI-powered health scoring, automated retention workflows, and a CSM dashboard that connected product usage, billing, and support data into one view per account.

03The Outcome

Monthly churn dropped from 6% to 1.4%, net revenue retention hit 118%, and the CSM team managed 3x more accounts without adding headcount.

04What we built

We built a customer success platform that connected product usage, billing, support tickets, and NPS data into a single health score per account. AI-powered health scoring predicted churn risk 30 days in advance with 85% accuracy. Automated retention workflows triggered personalized outreach, training offers, and executive check-ins based on risk level. A CSM dashboard prioritized accounts by risk and recommended next actions.
