01The Challenge

An auto dealership group with 3 locations, no unified CRM, no follow-up system after showroom visits, and no connection between sales and service. Customer data was scattered, and repeat purchase rates were declining.

02The Solution

Built a dealership CRM platform with AI-powered lead scoring, automated follow-up, service-to-sales pipelines, and a customer app that grew sales 2.5x and service revenue 3x.

03The Outcome

Sales close rate grew 45%, service retention hit 80%, and the group grew 2.5x — all while improving customer satisfaction.

04What we built

We built a dealership CRM platform with AI-powered lead scoring that ranked showroom and online leads by purchase readiness, guiding sales rep follow-up priority. Automated follow-up sent personalized communications at every stage — post-visit, post-purchase, service reminders, and trade-in opportunities. A service-to-sales pipeline identified customers whose vehicles were approaching trade-in age and triggered targeted outreach. A customer app offered service booking, vehicle info, payment, and loyalty rewards — and the platform unified data across all locations.
