01The Challenge

An HVAC company with lumpy revenue — busy in summer and winter, dead in spring and fall. No maintenance contract system, no automated scheduling, and customer data lived in a filing cabinet. Revenue was unpredictable and growth meant adding trucks.

02The Solution

Built a service platform with AI-powered maintenance scheduling, recurring maintenance contracts, automated dispatch, and a customer portal that turned seasonal revenue into year-round recurring income.

03The Outcome

Recurring maintenance revenue grew from 5% to 45% of total, truck utilization evened out year-round, and the company grew 2.8x without adding trucks.

04What we built

We built a service platform with AI-powered maintenance scheduling that predicted when each customer's system needed service based on equipment age, usage, and history — triggering automated outreach at the right time. Recurring maintenance contracts were sold through a customer portal with tiered plans. Automated dispatch matched the right technician to each job based on skills, location, and parts availability. The customer portal offered booking, service history, and equipment tracking.
